We will hold orders for a maximum of two weeks after an order is ‘ready to be shipped’. If you have a special request for us to hold your corals longer, we will negotiate a fair holding fee. During this time, in the rare event there is a crash or incident in our systems, we are not liable for corals we are holding beyond the two week time frame.
